Shipping policy
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
If there are any delays or issues with your order, we will contact you within 48 hours of your purchase.
U.S. Shipping
We offer tiered flat-rate shipping for all domestic (U.S.) orders:

Orders between $50 and $99.99: $5.95

Orders $100 and over: Free Shipping
Orders may be shipped in multiple packages and from different warehouse locations, as we partner with a selection of trusted brand suppliers through Shopify Collective. Most U.S. orders are delivered within 5–10 business days after shipping.
International Shipping
We are pleased to offer international shipping to most countries. Rates are as follows:

Canada: Flat rate $12 USD

All other international destinations: Flat rate $25 USD
International delivery times vary, but most orders arrive within 10–21 business days. Please note that international orders may arrive in multiple packages depending on the items purchased.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, VAT, and import taxes charged by their local government. These fees are not included in the shipping cost and will not be covered or reimbursed by Blissfully Lavender Boutique. We recommend checking with your local customs agency prior to ordering.
Undeliverable Packages & Address Issues
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Additional shipping charges may apply to reship orders that are returned to us.
