Refund policy
We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we gladly accept returns for store credit on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Once approved, returns must be shipped promptly using the label we provide.
Refunds Issued as Store Credit Only
Blissfully Lavender Boutique does not issue refunds. Instead, approved returns are issued as store credit via email, which can be used anytime for future purchases.
How to Start a Return

Email us at hello@blissfullylavender.com with your order number and reason for return.

If approved, you’ll receive a return label and instructions.

A $5.00 flat rate return shipping fee will be deducted from your store credit.

Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for store credit:

Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags attached and in original packaging

Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation or receipt)
Final Sale Items (Non-Returnable)
The following items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or store credit:

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at hello@blissfullylavender.com so we can make it right.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Instead:

Return the original item for store credit

Place a new order using the credit

If needed, we can hold the item you want until your return is processed (subject to availability)
Receiving Store Credit

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email your store credit code within 3–4 business days

Store credit is valid for any online purchase at www.blissfullylavender.com

Store credit cannot be applied to shipping fees
